Focused care for pivotal seasons of life.
I work with a small number of clients navigating hereditary cancer risk, medical trauma, and identity-altering health experiences. My practice is intentionally built for depth, continuity, and precision—not volume.
This is care for people used to high responsibility and excellence who are now facing a moment that requires real support.
Individual Psychotherapy
$325 · 60-minute session
I maintain a limited caseload so I can offer steady, high-attunement care during complex medical and emotional transitions.
Most clients work with me weekly, particularly during periods of diagnosis, treatment, or recovery.
Extended Sessions
$450 · 90-minute session
When 60 minutes just isn’t enough. Extended sessions are often used for:
Complex or developmental trauma work
Deeper somatic work without having to contain or rush
Times of heightened intensity or medical pacing, when your emotional body is struggling to keep up
These sessions allow depth, integration, and continuity amidst the urgency.
Neurofeedback (Sonoma County)
Adults — $250 · 50-minute session
Children — $175 · 30-minute session
In-person only
Neurofeedback is a non-verbal, nervous-system-focused approach to regulation and recovery. It’s often chosen by clients who are cognitively aware but physiologically stuck, overwhelmed, or shut down.
It can be pursued on its own or alongside psychotherapy to support nervous system regulation during intensive medical or life transitions. Child sessions are priced separately to reflect developmental needs and session structure.
Groups
10-Week Therapy Group
$80 per session
$700 paid in full
This group is designed for people navigating hereditary cancer risk or treatment who want a structured, clinically held space for connection, processing, and agency—without being told what they “should” do.
Space is limited to 8 participants per group, to ensure depth, safety, and continuity.
